 01  What services do you provide?

Here at Hutchbug we provide and cater to all services within Customer Service; Inbound and Outbound Phone campaigns, Email Support, Chat Support, and After Hour Service Care. We also provide Virtual Assistance, Virtual Receptionist, Project Management, and Social Media Marketing Management




 02  What are your support hours?

We operate 24/7 to provide full support. We cater to our clients so that we can assist them during business hours, after hours, weekends, and holidays. 




 03  Can you use my CRM, App, or Platform?

We currently have our own CRM that allows full transparency to our clients, however, we are able to use and integrate other CRM's within our call center software. Many of our clients have used Podio, Zoho, Insightly, Netsuite, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Shipstation. For each service that we provide, we have programs to provide the best coverage and results. We are flexible to on boarding a clients existing systems and CRM's. 




 04  Where are your reps located?

Our reps are located in the United States, Dominican Republic, Belize, and our head office within Richland, WA.

We do not outsource any of our work to India or the Philippines. 




 05  My business needs reps that speak multiple languages.

We can always allocate staff members who are fluent in the language of your choice. We have reps that are bilingual and multilingual. We presently offer support in English, Spanish, Farsi, Portuguese, and French.
